Shipping policy

We carefully pack and ship each order from Chicago, Illinois. Because our postcards are printed in small batches, we aim to ship within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship via USPS and may occasionally use other carriers for special deliveries.

Domestic Shipping

We ship across the United States. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and selected service.

International Shipping

We’re not shipping internationally at this time—but we hope to in the future! If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our postcards, drop us a note at postcards@forgetcomputers.com.

Lost or Delayed Mail

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us. We’ll do our best to track it down or offer a replacement if possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses, though we’ll try to help if something goes wrong.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping via USPS Economy (5-8 business days) on all orders of $75.00 or more.
