Refund policy

Each Forget Computers postcard is part of a thoughtfully curated, limited-edition series, created to inspire meaningful connection. Because of the nature of our small-batch art prints, all sales are final. That said, if something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at postcards@forgetcomputers.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue if possible.

We’ll either send a replacement (if available) or offer a refund or store credit—your choice.

What We Can’t Accept Returns On

  • Items received in good condition, as described

  • Orders with customer-applied errors (e.g., address mistakes)

  • Gift cards or sale items

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow time for your bank to post the transaction.
